The e3 Technology is a revolutionary biomechanical hand positioning system for all your activities.

Improving Balance, Mobility, & Strength

The e3 Fitness Grip and e3 Core Activation Glove work on the basic principle of stabilizing the shoulders, back and hips. The shoulder and hip girdles are able to maintain stability through the proper positioning of the joints and the use of muscles and other soft tissues that surround these joints. If the joint is properly positioned and there is balanced muscle use, the joint creates a stable platform from which the involved extremity can perform work or execute an action, within an optimum range of motion and with increased muscular efficiency.

Testimonials

The e3 Grips were extremely helpful in my training because they helped me correct many biomechanical flaws in my running technique. This, in addition to my training allowed me to improve my time and set a new national record for my country and advance to the semi-finals at the Olympic Games.

Yvonne Kanazawa, 6x Japan National Champion, 1996 & 2000 Olympic Hurdler

I have conducted gait analysis sessions with many of these individuals stressing the importance of proper armswing which the e3 Grips promote. The results have been impressive: a drastic reduction in injuries and huge improvement in running/walking technique.

Rich Hanna, 2:17 Marathoner, 2x U.S. 100K National Champion

We work with a geriatric population where mobility and independence are at a premium and the e3 Grips have proven invaluable with transfer, balance, and gait training.

W.Rietgraf, M.S.RPT, Sutter Senior Care

The program that you developed along with the use of e3 Grips has made a dramatic impact on the number and the severity of injuries incurred by our employees.

Judee Zimmerman, Radiological Associates of Sacramento

I found that the e3 hand held devices when used showed immediate improvements in each athletes' running form and stride. In just a course of minutes Stephen was able to improve an athletes overall running technique, which through continued training use, I am convinced that the athlete's performance will greatly improve.

Beth Alford- Sullivan, Former Stanford Women’s Coordinator CC/Track & Field

I have been using the e3 Grips with my Multiple Sclerosis classes for the past 10 months. My students report that they can rise from a seated position with greater ease and balance. They can walk short distances without walkers or canes and without appearing to sway from side to side. These are major changes in quality of movement and quality of life.

Sandra Sylvester, Ph.D

One athlete is a center for a NBA team and the e3 Grip improved his balance and corrected his gait which allowed him to run smoothly with increased speed. It also increased his lateral quickness and ability to stand his ground. All which will improve his performance on the court. There were similar results with a junior tennis champion and an elite track sprinter.

Dean Brittenham, Shiley Elite Athletic Excellence Health Resource Center at Scripps Clinic

I have always been pleased with our speed development program, but the addition of the e3 Grips has opened up a whole new area of instruction and learning. The e3 Grip has allowed us to make quicker, more permanent corrections to mechanical flaws in some athletes form. Thanks again for such a substantial innovation.

Bob King, C.S.C.S., Former Head Strength Coach for Dallas Mavericks

My own sense in running with the e3 Grips is that everything just seems to line up better and my overall stride and arm swing compacts into a tight, efficient unit. I feel better balanced and with the elimination of extraneous movement my muscles work more easily in moving me forward as they do not have to compensate for strains outside of my specific exercise pattern.
